Select The Position & Submit An Application

Submit your application, and if we think there’s a match, you’ll have an introductory call with John or Joanne. This is your chance to learn about Tribe, share your experience, and ask any questions.

Meet the Tribe Management Team

Next, you’ll have a more in-depth call with our management team. This step is about diving into your skills, understanding your goals, and exploring how you can thrive with us at Tribe.

Face-to-Face Meeting & Job Offer

Finally, you’ll meet us in person to discuss the role in detail, share your ideas, and review examples of your work. It’s also a great opportunity to experience Tribe’s culture firsthand and see how you’d fit.

Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Description


As a Social Media Executive, you’ll play a key role in crafting and executing social media campaigns, working closely with our Marketing Managers to develop content plans and run paid ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. You’ll also dive into reporting and analytics, looking for ways to improve our clients’ experiences and make sure their campaigns hit the mark.

  • What You'll Be Doing: In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and scheduling content across social platforms, developing content plans that align with client goals, and working closely with Marketing Managers to discuss strategy. You'll manage and optimize paid ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), track performance, and suggest improvements based on data insights. Additionally, you'll plan and attend content sessions, then edit footage using software to ensure it meets quality standards and engages the target audience effectively.

  • Salary Expectations: £2,200/month, salary increase according to ability or experience.

Business Development Executive

  • What You'll Be Doing: You’ll be actively identifying and pursuing new leads through various channels, including networking, research, and outreach. Crafting tailored proposals and delivering engaging presentations will be part of your day-to-day, showcasing how Tribe can help clients achieve their goals. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to align strategies and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients. Regularly analyzing market trends and feedback will keep us ahead of the competition, ensuring consistent business growth.

  • Salary Expectations: £2,500/month, salary increase according to ability or experience.
