Next, you’ll have a more in-depth call with our management team. This step is about diving into your skills, understanding your goals, and exploring how you can thrive with us at Tribe.

Social Media Marketing Executive
Job Description
As a Social Media Executive, you’ll play a key role in crafting and executing social media campaigns, working closely with our Marketing Managers to develop content plans and run paid ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. You’ll also dive into reporting and analytics, looking for ways to improve our clients’ experiences and make sure their campaigns hit the mark.
- What You'll Be Doing: In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and scheduling content across social platforms, developing content plans that align with client goals, and working closely with Marketing Managers to discuss strategy. You'll manage and optimize paid ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), track performance, and suggest improvements based on data insights. Additionally, you'll plan and attend content sessions, then edit footage using software to ensure it meets quality standards and engages the target audience effectively.
- Salary Expectations: £2,200/month, salary increase according to ability or experience.

You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to align strategies and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients. Regularly analyzing market trends and feedback will keep us ahead of the competition, ensuring consistent business growth.
